Dr. Twamley has been my Doctor for almost decade or more probably. I have been so pleased with him. He always greets you with a smile and a winning personality. I have an auto immune disease that affects my eye sight. His ability to guide me through slowing down the progression of this disease has been wonderful. His insight and knowledge about Sjoegren's has been outstanding and very helpful through a difficult process.I will never leave Dr. T. He is just a great doctor. His staff is knowledgeable and friendly. He accepts my insurance which is a dual complete plan.I recommend Vision expo to anyone who is looking for an ophthalmologist who can treat,diagnose and make recommendations concerning your eye health.

Great place with helpful, friendly staff. They took great care of my 7 year old made her feel comfortable. The doctor was patient with us and explained the condition of my daughter's eyesight. This is our second visit for follow up check up and we are more than happy. Thanks Vision Expo!

Dr. In a hurry and also sold a $50 up charge because he said she had a problem in one eye and he chalked it up to allergies and rubbing. I felt like it was a way to extra charge . I’m in the medical field and felt very rushed and more like a sales consult than a yearly exam . This is my first experience with the way we were treated today . Also they charged me for a glasses exam and a contact exam at one exam another way to up charge a patient . I would just say you will be charged for every small thing they can charge and upsale you for something you don’t need ! Just be careful !

The eye glass tech was extremely rude. She was screaming across the room to communicate personal information.... And acted as if the 2 questions I asked her were a bother. The Dr. I've seen there was amazing. The staff at the front is the reason I walked out and won't be returning.

I have been going to vision Expo since my Children were 8 and 5. They are 16 and 13 now . The glasses are always good , the service from one particular Eye glass technician for the last 2 or 3 years have been downright unacceptable. I am fully aware of their policies and procedures of partial payments before any service , however the unprofessionalism is uncalled for . I do not like someone treating me like I am a bother or a less then. The content of your character says a lot about who you are and treat everybody equally rather they pay that day or 2 weeks from now because money spends the same . I work hard for my money & I will not allow anyone to treat me like I am unworthy of service or time because I am not paying that day . I treat a custodian , homeless man & a CEO all the same “Gods Children”.

I had an eye infection and they were able to get me in the same day. They’re very nice and competent. I was able to see the doctor right away I would recommend them to anybody.

If I could give this place, zero stars I would. I went in for the second year in a row to get my eyes examined. For some reason the doctor wrote me a prescription that was weaker than my prescription in years past. When I brought this to her attention, she told me that she was aware that the prescription was lower, but that she was putting me on a different type of contact lens and if I had any issues with it to reach back out and let them know. When I attempted to reach back out to get this fixed and inform them that I still cannot see like I did with my last prescription, I was told that I could come back in for an eye exam, but that I would have to pay out of pocket to do so. This is absolutely the worst business practice policies I’ve ever seen. They will be reported for insurance fraud, and to the medical board for this. This is absolutely unacceptable and it almost seems like they’re trying to do it so that they can build their clients twice within one year.
